31 MARCH / 1 APRIL Llewellyn One: Seven Deadly Sins

Lorina Gore joins the Canberra Symphony Orchestra and a barbershop quartet to perform Kurt Weill’s scathing Seven Deadly Sins, conducted by Jessica Cottis. Each time Anna’s alter ego tries to behave morally, she’s scolded for failing to commit one of the seven deadly sins: pride, greed, wrath, envy, lust, gluttony and sloth.

Curated by Prof Deborah Cheetham AO, this concert features Lorina Gore in a world premiere from Peggy Polias and a new version of Paul Dean’s Amid a crowd of starsCSO Chamber Players will also perform a world premiere from Ella Macens, as well as Kudikynah Cave by Moya Henderson AM.

15 / 16 SEPTEMBER Llewellyn Three: Celestial Visions
