Every year, the Canberra Symphony Orchestra (CSO) moves and delights audiences of all ages through music, from beloved symphonic masterworks to compelling, original Australian compositions.
Beyond the concert hall, the CSO enriches community life through programs that support health, wellbeing and connection through music.
While the CSO receives some government support, we rely on fundraising to bring our artistic vision to life and deliver our community programs free of charge. Every donation makes a difference.
The CSO is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.
Donations over $2 are tax-deductible.
To donate by mail or direct deposit, please download and complete the donation form [PDF 204KB].
If you would like to support the CSO in an ongoing way, financially or as a volunteer, we would love to hear from you – contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you give regularly to the CSO, we encourage you to donate online via your CSO Direct account so that we can stay in touch and acknowledge your generous contributions as a member of our private giving community.
Subscriptions and concert attendance are also vital avenues of support for the CSO. While we’re unable to present concerts at this time due to COVID-19, we are actively developing an exciting 2021 season – please sign up for our monthly newsletter to stay in the loop and enjoy digital content as it becomes available.
