Terms and conditions for under-35s and first-timers
1. Eligibility for under-35s ticket prices
- The under-35s ticket pricing is available to patrons aged 35 years or younger as of 1 January 2024.
- Proof of age may be requested at the time of purchase and/or upon entry to the concert. Acceptable forms of proof include a valid driver's licence, passport, or other government-issued identification.
- Failure to provide valid proof of age when requested may result in the cancellation of the discounted ticket, and full-price admission will be required.
2. First-timers
- First-timers are eligible for a special offer upon providing a unique email address at the time of ticket purchase.
- The email address provided must not have been used previously to purchase tickets to any concert hosted by the Canberra Symphony Orchestra.
- By providing your email address, you consent to receiving communications from the Canberra Symphony Orchestra regarding your ticket purchase and other related information, including promotional offers.
3. Online purchases and electronic tickets
- Tickets for under-35s and first-timers must be purchased online through the Canberra Symphony Orchestra’s official website.
- Only electronic tickets will be issued. No physical tickets will be provided.
- Electronic tickets must be presented at the time of entry, either on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
General terms
- Tickets purchased under these special offers are subject to availability and may not be combined with other discounts or offers.
- All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as provided under the Canberra Symphony Orchestra’s general ticketing policy.
- The Canberra Symphony Orchestra reserves the right to amend or withdraw these offers at any time without notice.
