Fiesta on the lawns of Highclere Farm
Celebrate Latin music with Canberra Symphony Orchestra at Yass Valley’s Highclere Farm. From the passion of Piazzolla’s tango to pop hits by Shakira, Bad Bunny and Ricky Martin, the rhythms and melodies of Spain and Latin America will fill an afternoon of tango, classical favourites and dance-floor hits on the lawns of the historic homestead.
Music in the Meadows returns to Yass after a sold-out debut last year, with guitarist Minh Le Hoang, winner of the 50th Tokyo International Guitar Competition, joining the CSO chamber ensemble for a program that moves between generations and genres.
Bring your own picnic or indulge in a Latin-themed menu courtesy of Blunt Cat Catering, accompanied by local wines available on site - and enjoy an afternoon of open-air, family-friendly fiesta!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Concert Seating: Attendees will need to bring their own seating, we encourage you to bring a picnic rug or folding chair.
Pets: As this is a working farm, pets are not permitted. Service animals are allowed.
Food and drinks: You can bring your own picnic, or purchase food and drink onsite. Please note: there is no BYO alcohol, all alcohol must be purchased on-site.
Finding Highclere Farm: The picturesque rural property can be found at 1380 Cooks Hill Rd, Bango NSW 2582.
Parking: Free car parking is available onsite, the closest space is 20m from the venue, with accessible parking available closer to the house.
